This dream I walk
Is turning into a waking nightmare
I thought I was strong
Turns out I'm weak
This pain I feel
In missing you
It can't be salved
Without your touch
Until then I wait
I become numb
I focus on being nothing
Because that's all I can do
I know it's not right
But it's all I can do
My legs grow weak
My breath becomes labored
Each step is harder
Yet the marathon
has just begun
If I push through this wall
Will I die before the end?
Stopping is not an option
All I can do is move forward
Will each day be like this?
How must I go on?
All I know is
I need you.

Ok, so I wasn't too happy with the last poem so I decided to post another. Sorry for the spam guys.
I wrote this quite a while ago actually. I try not to post poetry immediately after I write it. I find that when you first write something you are hit with a "This is Awesome!!" high. Yeah, it fades, and then you realize that you just plastered the lame stuff all over your dA wall XP
So, what do you guys think, wall poo, or actually interesting?

Actually interesting. I feel like that sometimes, like needing someone. Then I write (this: [link] , for example).
